Make your requests for holds here. No anonymous holds are allowed. Holds will last for 48 hours, at which point you may ask for an extension for another 48 hours.

If you are applying for a leader, please make sure they are not already taken. Also make sure that they are of an age to be a leader, no species will allow a yearling to be their leader.

All beings come into their powers and can change forms at will when they are 13. From then on out it is how well they train, the purity of their lineage, and the blessings they may have in having a good luck friend as to how powerful they will become. Most age slowly, living good long lives of at least 100 years. Those that have specific aging will be listed in with the small profiles below. Phoenix feathers give an extra 10 years of life as long as the Phoenix from which they are harvested is healthy.
Maximum ages listed are 'known' ages. The oldest a character can be in this game is 4,999 years.

Now most rules should be common sense. Nonetheless, rules must be listed in order to keep a game flowing well, people in line, and chaos at bay. Note that if you break one of these rules you will be given a warning. The second time around you will be put on a 2 week hiatus to think over your problems and hopefully come back with your head on straight. The third time you break a rule, you will be removed from the game, never to see our pretty faces again unless you happen to come across us in another game.
Rules are subject to change as problems arise, questions are asked, or the mod has a light-bulb moment. Notification of the rule and code changes will be posted in the OOC community to be fair.
If you see someone breaking the rules, and you haven’t seen the mod cracking down on it, please post such in the drop box with a link or explanation to the offense.

Lake Strom Thurmond or better known as Clarks Hill Lake is one of the largest lakes in the South. Residing just 22 miles north of Augusta Georgia, it is the prime getaway of the area. In the middle of this lake is an island, big enough for a city. One may only reach this island by boat, helicopter, or small water plane as it is too far from shore to build a bridge in the deep waters. On this island is a small town called Crystal Falls, owned by one Jackson Forrester, better known as Jack.
Many prestigious families live in Crystal Falls. There are many people who aren’t so prestigious as well though. All are rather welcome in the small town, as long as you’re not up to any mischief that Jack doesn’t have a cut of. To the unwary eye, the little town looks nothing more than a rich tourist trap; full of elitist people and those that take out the trash for them. Crystal Falls is rather small in size, giving that homey southern feel. There are old men that sit out on their front porches in rockers that whittle and tell stories to those that pause enough for them to start. Children play in the playgrounds, parents having no fear of them being kidnapped. All is usually quiet.
Only, there is something odd about old man Joe down the street. He never seems to age. And Jack, well Jack, he’s rough and kind of a hermit that lives on top of the largest hill, alone. He only comes down to collect the rent from stores and those that didn’t buy their houses from him. That little girl that owns the Good Luck Charm shop seems to have a bit too much good luck. Did you happen to see that weird shape flying around the other night? It was huge and...it had to have been that I had too much to drink...
